9. Tracert and PING results:
How to get a Tracert? a. Open Command Prompt Window: (search for RUN and type CMD)
b. Type tracert 203.116.228.197
c. Press Enter.
d. Wait until Trace Complete appears.
e. Right click on your mouse button and choose Select All. Then click on Copy.
f. Paste the results in your email.
How to get a PING? a. Open Command Prompt Window: (search for RUN and type CMD)
b. Type ping 203.116.228.197
c. Press Enter
d. Wait until another command prompt appears.
e. Right click on your mouse button and choose Select All and then click on Copy.
f. Paste the results in your email.
How to get a DXDIAG a. Open Command Prompt Window: (search for RUN and type dxdiAG)
b. Press Enter
c. Wait until another command prompt appears.
d. Right click on your mouse button and choose Select All and then click on Copy.
